Two-day workshop: Trees and Landscapes with Cheryl Peterson

Join Cheryl Peterson, freelance illustrator and designer in this two-day workshop. Using trees as the theme, choose colours and learn different types of blending to create texture with acrylic mediums. Designing contemporary shapes and items, learning about layering, flow and the structure of an image. Work with gold and silver leaf and a wide range of finishing processes. This workshop will focus on breaking away from traditional painting, and aid you in being more creative in your own designs. All levels

Materials List 

2 pieces of plastic to cover your table and the floor 

2 canvases of your choice - no larger than 150cm x 150cm square or rectangle

Good range of acrylic paints - preferably Mattisse or Atelier

Good range of acrylic brushes from small to large, round and flat

Palette Knife

Easel

Cheryl will supply a small amount of gold and silver leaf for you to try. 

There will be a limited selection of paints to purchase from Cheryl if you require.
