Wimmera Dance Challenge - Filming the tutorial
Join us to film the tutorial for the Dance Sensation that will take the Wimmera by storm. You will need to bring your consent form as you will be part of a film tutorial that will be put in the digital space.

Join Gilbert Douglas to create a video tutorial of a Dance for the 26th year of Art is...
Come all day or just for an hour - all welcome
Experienced dancers or those that love it - come at 2-4pm on Sunday
Gilbert is a choreographer from Zimbabwe, and he will be assisting the people of the Wimmera to create the Wimmera Dance Challenge -Mix cool moves with African inspired beats and teaching.
Stage 1 (Week of 27th April) Create dance with community. COMPLETED
Stage 2 (1st and 2nd May) Film Dance tutorial COMPLETED - <DUE TO NO RSVPS FOR SUNDAY AND WE GOT ALL THE FOOTAGE TODAY THE SUNDAY SESSION HAS BEEN CANCELLED> WATCH OUT FOR THE SOON TO BE RELEASED TUTORIAL
Stage 3 (10 May - 10 June) Watch Tutorial, learn Dance and find the Art is... Pop up green Screen Studio across the Wimmera and dance with your friends.
The Art is... Green screen studio will then transport you to another location and will automatically send you your own film clip.
Stage 4 - We take all the footage and merge it together to create the collaborative and socially distanced Dance Project video All of the Wimmera dancing Covid style - separate, but by the power of technology, together.
